I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

Absolutely amazing 👏 🤩 summer has gone above and beyond to sort my hair out after another salon in Newquay messed it up I shall now in future be travelling over an hour to plymouth to have the wonderful kind and talented summer to do my hair I absolutely love it and so greatful for the wonderful style and cut she has done. I’ve been to multiple places in Plymouth to get my acrylics done and usually always left a little disappointed by the result. I left my appointment today with the best nails I’ve ever had! I love them so much! By far the best salon in Plymouth :)

It was my first time here today and I’m extremely happy with the service. I’m new to Plymouth/Plympton so finding a good salon was quite nerving as I’m fussy with my hair, also hadn’t had it seen to for a while so needed someone to work their magic. After reading their reviews I booked in straight away for a cut and blow dry. Tia is so lovely, she’s so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She knows her stuff. I’m looking forward to my next appointment. Definitely recommend!

A big thank you to Jamie who very much knows his stuff with hair and did a fab job. He gave me lots of advice from the minute I sat down as well as made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. He’s extremely patient as if you have long hair that gets tangled when wet like mine, then he’s your guy as he never gave up haha. Rejuvenated skin facial today with Michelle so pleased with my skin results following my treatment today my skin was glowing/refreshed treatment by Michelle received within her new salon location at Hyde Park Plymouth lovely decor which has peaceful energy vibe I personally found the environment very relaxing. I highly advise a visit if you want to unwind.

Had my third microneedling treatment today with the lovely Louise. She always explains everything fully and advises which treatment would be best for my skin. I am very pleased with how my skin is looking so much better than before. Louise is very friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend having a consultation with her.
