Anna is a wonderful hairdresser and colourist. I live in London and I now book my hair cuts and highlights in with her when I am in Plymouth. She cut my nine year old’s hair today and she was so kind and takes such care in her work - my daughter loves the cut!!

I recently got ombre brows done by Sandra, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I was initially nervous about how they’d turn out, but the process was so smooth, and Sandra took her time mapping out the perfect shape for me. She explained everything to me and made me feel at ease. I was nervous about the pain as I'm afraid of needles but the procedure itself wasn’t too painful; the numbing cream worked well, and it felt more like scratching than anything unbearable. Sandra made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure. She's fantastic! Ewa x

I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. This is the first time I feel anyone spent time to get to know my hair properly as part of the styling consultation. Jenny worked with my natural hair not against, noticing my hair was curly (news to me). Jenny offered me advice/ products to trial between appointments to help me decide- she is so knowledgeable! The whole team were so welcoming and made me feel relaxed and included. I knew I had complete confidence in Jenny so I let her work her magic! I now have bouncy sun-kissed natural curls, which I LOVE! I’m so chuffed with my new look and I am never going anywhere else again!

Amazing experience as always! Went for my second LVL lash appointment with Victoria and I am obsessed with the results!! She is always so welcoming and friendly. First time at Vaughans Hair and Beauty and I can honestly say what a treat. My beard had gone full wildebeest but Anna worked her magic and transformed me into something resembling a well groomed supermodel. Or at least someone who no longer frightens children! The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and one of the calmest trims I’ve had in ages. The salon has such a peaceful vibe and the view of Plymouth Sound and Drakes Island was genuinely stunning. Huge thanks to Anna for the care the chat and the craft. I’ll definitely be back.

Had a lovely morning with Vic having dermaplaning, micro-needling and a face mask. My skin feels so refreshed and glowy! I feel really confident now with this being done and my lashes, will be going make up free most days now😁

Rejuvenated skin facial today with Michelle so pleased with my skin results following my treatment today my skin was glowing/refreshed treatment by Michelle received within her new salon location at Hyde Park Plymouth lovely decor which has peaceful energy vibe I personally found the environment very relaxing. I highly advise a visit if you want to unwind.

Had my third microneedling treatment today with the lovely Louise. She always explains everything fully and advises which treatment would be best for my skin. I am very pleased with how my skin is looking so much better than before. Louise is very friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend having a consultation with her.
