I had my first chemical peel with Runa today. Admittedly I was a bit nervous but Runa went through each step and made me feel at ease. The actually chemical peel was a quick and painless process. I have been going to Runa for several months now and she has incorporated chemical peels with my microneedling, I am looking forward to seeing the end results.

Fantastic afternoon.Lovley friendly staff.Had an in depth discussion about what I wanted and how that look would suit me. Chloe was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. Had hair changed from blonde to brunette so quite dramatic change. Finished with cut and blow and curling. Great service.

The 90-minute massage sent me to sleep cause it was that good. I love how accommodating Fazia is and she looks after you well and makes you feel comfortable. I love the atmosphere.

I honestly can’t recommend Fazia enough. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel so comfortable and cared for. The hijama was done gently and professionally, and she checked in with me throughout. The facial is always a calming experience — my skin felt deeply cleansed and glowing afterwards. You can really tell Fazia puts her heart into what she does.

It was my first experience of Microneedling,a little apprehensive,but oh my goodness what an absolutely amazing feeling. The actual’needles’ were feather light,almost tickling,the ambiance was professional sprinkled with relaxation,a truly lovely experience. And Nicolè ensured I went with aftercare advice and serum,which I have followed, Thank you,I’ll be back( already booked my next appointment!!!) xx
