Sam is such a skilled therapist I had massage from her once in Jan and had to come back again. I was suffering from migraine on the day due to heat and she done such a fabulous head massage. I have had many massages in london and abroad on holidays and must say I've never had one as good as this one. Thanks very much Sam.

Didi is the best facialist in London. I have facials monthly and always try new therapists but keep coming back to Didi. She helps me completely switch off. I had a wonderful facial experience! My skin felt cleansed, hydrated, and my acne was noticeably less inflamed afterward. I can only recommend Elle and her hydro/micro needling facial. She was very lovely, throughout the entire time paid attention to what my skin needed and explained to me all the steps. Wonderful. It’s like an oasis of calm in London. I’m having a series of 90 minute sessions. Helena put together a bespoke package for me and my skin has never looked better. It’s reduced in redness and is smooth hydrated and clear. Better still, it stays like this between sessions.

Had my 2nd Japanese spa treatment with Kelly today. All I can say is WOW! As a person with Afro hair that is delicate and easily tangled, Kelly would be the most gentle and skilled person that has ever handled my hair. I am really pleased to have discovered and visit this salon, despite my 1.5hour travel from outside London albeit well worth it! With their professionalism and impeccable service, I’d consider the salon a hidden gem on the High Street. I’m definitely going to book my third visit shortly.

I cannot fault my experience one bit! Today was my 2nd time seeing Dxy - my 1st appointment I was so nervous as was my 1st time getting filler. She was so reassuring! Put me at ease & answered all my questions. Today was exactly the same, she’s very knowledgeable & just so lovely; you barely feel the needle & she checks in regularly to make sure you’re okay or if you need a break. My lips look gorgeous & natural - she definitely listens to what you want. Tysm !! x
