This was my first visit with Lisa and wow I wasn’t disappointed. I had the micro needling facial and a lovely head massage at the end. Lisa makes you feel at ease and my skin feels 10/10. Definitely booking in on a regular basis.

Cannot fault the service at Ultimate! All the staff are lovely and welcoming, and very accommodating too. I have had 4 treatments here (collagen radio freq) and the difference in my skin is visible! WoW! I met Louisa for the first time Thursday 9th April for a skin pen treatment and I have to say from walking in she made me feel welcome, safe and talked through the treatment procedure and how to do aftercare. Louisa puts numbing cream on first but I felt comfortable all the way through. I have always looked after my skin but since going through perimenopause I have seen a huge drop in collagen, elasticity so at the age of 54, I know that not only to taking supplements for the inside body I have to apply collagen to the outside skin. The skin pen treatment is the way to go from now on.

My first time visiting, I had micro-needling and I loved all the skincare advice I received. Looking forward to going back to continue my skin care journey

Had bad experience on gel nails at a nail salon in blackfen so was quite nervous! Didn't need to be though, just had a very good pamper session and my nails now look great! Went for same lovely purple spring as tech had herself that did them for me, feeling very well looked after and this is my nail salon going forwards! 😀 Thank you so much!! Xxx

Amazing facial. Lauren is professional and knowledgable. I was a bit nervous to have the needling but it was no where near as uncomfortable as I thought it would be and the results are great! The space is lovely too would highly recommend!
