I don’t normally go to beauty clinics, and before choosing this one I made a few enquiries elsewhere, but I never really got a good vibe from any of them. From the moment I first met Lana and Maria, though, I felt completely at ease. They were both so friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. What I really appreciated was that they were never pushy or salesy — just incredibly helpful, honest, and kind. I won’t go anywhere else for a facial. Nicola is incredibly talented and knowledgeable. Her treatment room is a beautiful, relaxing and safe environment for her clients. Best hairdressers in SE London -honest! I travel from Folkestone to have my hair done there because I can’t find another hairdressers that can even blow dry my hair the way they do!

WoW! I met Louisa for the first time Thursday 9th April for a skin pen treatment and I have to say from walking in she made me feel welcome, safe and talked through the treatment procedure and how to do aftercare. Louisa puts numbing cream on first but I felt comfortable all the way through. I have always looked after my skin but since going through perimenopause I have seen a huge drop in collagen, elasticity so at the age of 54, I know that not only to taking supplements for the inside body I have to apply collagen to the outside skin. The skin pen treatment is the way to go from now on.

I was truly impressed by Ilona Wolf’s care and professionalism. She explained every step clearly, showing deep knowledge and expertise, and I felt completely safe and in good hands throughout the procedure. The venue itself is lovely—clean, welcoming, and very comfortable. The receptionist was also incredibly attentive and supportive, helping guide me through the process. Highly recommended.

This was my first visit to Nic for the Breath of Life Ritual facial and I can't recommend her highly enough. The treatment space is incredible - beautifully designed and a total escape from everyday life. I felt like I was in cocoon on that treatment bed. Before we had started, Nic expertly walked me through every step and the reasoning behind it, which instantly put me at ease. The facial was deeply relaxing, the high quality products were outstanding, and her professionalism and warmth were second to none. My skin felt glowing, nourished and so soft afterwards. I'll definitely be back!

This is the 3rd hydrofacial I have had at Beautie Salon. It was, as usual a relaxing and lovely experience. My skin feels great-refined, clean and hydrated. I see they also do BIAB and pedicures, so based on my past experience here (including HIFU and micro needling) I have booked a manicure/pedicure pre holiday. I highly recommend
