Had an amazing facial with Hattie in her great therapy space in Lichfield centre, She created a bespoke facial with lots of products I hadn't tried before, very calming, came out radiant! Hattie is lovely but also very professional. Highly recommend, I will go back regularly.

I have a great experience every time I come in for a treatment with Chloe, she really is the best of the best! This time I had my first micro needling session and I was amazed that it didn't hurt and just 24 hours later my skin is already healing well, can't wait to see the results. As always, Chloe provides a lovely, relaxing space to unwind. She puts you at ease and is a joy to be around x

As we age, it is so easy nowadays to be influenced with fillers and Botox, but I love that Chloe champions aging gracefully and naturally and looking after the skin we have It was my first time trying the polynucleotide with microneedling treatment and Chloe put my mind at ease as I was a little nervous. She thoroughly talked me through the treatment and I felt next to no pain and is always on hand for aftercare advice. It's been three days since my treatment and my skin feels great and the fine lines are non-existent. Highly recommend this treatment and I will be back for more!

Jemma is always so welcoming at appointments, she is very thorough and puts you at ease throughout your treatment. She does an amazing job and I would highly recommend her for any laser hair removal treatments!

What a fabulous head spa, the treatment was fantastic (best head spa I’ve had), room was lovely and Hattie was a really nice lady who put you immediately at ease, will definitely be back ☺️
