I’ve been booking mega volume lashes with Jamey and have never had any issues. There are always plenty of appointment times to choose from, and if not, she’s really accommodating when I message her. My lashes always last well, and I love the volume and fluffiness every time. The salon itself has such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere - I always leave happy!

Had an amazing facial with Hattie in her great therapy space in Lichfield centre, She created a bespoke facial with lots of products I hadn't tried before, very calming, came out radiant! Hattie is lovely but also very professional. Highly recommend, I will go back regularly.

This my first time here having an eyebrow wax and tint, I have very thin eyebrows due to overplucking in the 90s, Lily the beauty therapist was lovely and friendly she gave me advice on ways I can get them to grow back.she was very professional.

Hattie was attentive and calming, the salon was quite and peaceful.

I'm working with Aine to get my nails into better condition after too many acrylic extensions & aggressive filing by other salons. Aine has been using a lush peachy supergel to support my own nails whilst I grow out the marks, dents & split tips. My nails are elegantly long & make me feel dressed whilst I grow out the damage. A definite improvement could be seen on my second visit. Look forward to my next appointment with Aine at Beau Beauty.
