Just had my first eyebrow waxing appointment with Ina. She was very professional and welcoming. After numerous failed appointments with other establishments, I expressed my concerns with Ina. She immediately made me feel at ease explaining she will map out my brows and show me during the process which I appreciated very much. Assured me if something was off, I could change it if needed. At the end of my appointment I looked into the mirror and adored my eyebrows. Ina listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered it with precision and professionalism. Cannot recommend her enough!!

I’ve been going to Emma since 2017 for my nails and wouldn’t go anywhere else! From my grad ball to my hen and wedding, she’s created the most beautiful sets for every special moment. The quality is amazing and they last for weeks with no chips or lifting. Emma always knows exactly what I want and is so accommodating with appointments around my job. Sandi is amazing and is extremely knowledgeable in treatments and skin care. On my first visit she made me very comfortable and is chatty. Ive been for a few facials and microneedling. I would highly recommend.

We were 45 minutes late due to traffic at a standstill on the M8. And my son and I were given our full appointment with prescription the Glasgow staff are very professional and kind they are full of great advice and information. They certainly put us at ease

Despite me booking last minute, I had a great experience! The bed was nice and warm and I was provided water to drink aswell. The massage was absolutely amazing and she targeted my back, which is the area I asked her to focus on. She did an excellent job. Anytime I’m back in Glasgow, I’ll definitely go here! Would definitely recommend.

I came across reviews that said Ina was the best in Glasgow and they were right. I have never had eyelashes that felt so light like they weren’t even there. No clumps, couldn’t feel the glue and they lasted for months! She took time to find the right lashes for my eye shape and each one was placed with so much care. I’ll never go anywhere else again
