I meet Scott this afternoon for my initial consultation. I have the remains of some badly done Microblading dating back to 2010. Scott went through everything with me advising the best course of action. I had two patch tests done and was delighted when he said he could start my treatment next week (providing there is no reaction to the patch tests) Finally, I am on the road to getting rid of this awful colour in my eyebrows 😊🙏 My appointment was on time and the treatment room was spotless!

As usual perfect never had bikini wax with Fran normally I find it painful I didn’t even know I was having it done . Even eyelash tint used to make my eyes water no problem . Always a good service with her .

My massage with Hoffman Ngai was excellent, he is very skilled and made me feel so comfortable. The staff is super friendly, the room is nice and warm, I really can't recommend Crow's Nest highly enough. I will definitely be back.

I had booked to see Louise at the Illusion Laser Clinic for my 1st session of my microneedling appointments. Louise was so welcoming & friendly, and put me at ease immediately. She was extremely professional, explaining everything she was about to do for the procedure, very reassuring! I have also seen Reece in this clinic for a laser test to remove my tattoo. He was also very professional & I would not hesitate to book an appointment at this clinic which was beautifully decorated and very clean. I had to change my appointment & the receptionist was so helpful to accommodate this. Thank you!
