As I’ve gotten older I noticed my skin was looking a bit dull and noticed some fine lines. I’d considered fillers (haven’t ruled it out) but it was important to me that I didn’t look different, just refreshed. Michelle had suggested micro needling as a way to brighten the skin giving natural results. I had my appointment yesterday and am very happy with the results so far. Michelle told me what I should and shouldn’t do following the treatment so I can get the best results. Her studio itself is spotlessly clean and I felt like I was in good hands. Hoping to return for future treatments.

I bought a course of laser hair removal therapy from Groupon and Chanté had been exceptional. Really helpful and friendly and no pressure to upsell me other treatments (although I will be looking at other treatment options in the future as she has been so professional and has done such a great job!)

I've been to the shop numerous times and everyone is always welcoming and accommodating. It was my first time visiting for a treatment, I had a 30 minutes head and shoulders massage with Anastasia. She was extremely accommodating, I felt really well looked after from the moment I stepped in until I left. The atmosphere is very relaxing, the massage was fantastic. I felt like new! Will definitely be back for a full body massage and other treatments, 100% recommend.

Mani was absolutely amazing, she made me feel so relaxed. We had a consultation prior to treatment to ask how my skin was and if there’s any areas I would particularly like her to focus on. When carrying out the treatment mani was very professional and explained what she was doing at each interval and why and how it would help my skin. She then completed the treatment and informed myself of the aftercare to ensure I was getting the best result and as she told be to stay hydrated she passed me a nice cold water bottle. I had the micro needling and it was definitely the best treatment,

Ive been having PRP facials now for a little over a year! Ive had extreme scaring from acne breakouts for 5+ years. The difference going through these facials is like night and day! Great service as always, Michelle is always so welcoming and friendly. She explains the treatments as well as providing aftercare advice. This is my second micro-needling treatment. Michelle will always offer advice on suitable treatments too, great all round service.
