As usual, my visit to Sophie made me feel super relaxed and pampered . As my skin changes through menopause, Sophie is adapting the treatments to meet my skins needs and I'm continuing to learn. Today's treat was a bespoke facial with red light therapy and a Caci jowl treatment to try and stave off the droop. Already booked in for my next treatment! Thank you!
