Had Achilles tendon pain lately caused by running and getting old. Bethan's sports massage has eased the pain. She strapped the injury brilliantly and has given me a new programme to work on. She is always really knowledgeable, is able to get to the cause of the problem(s) and is super-friendly.

I've just left my massage feeling like I'm floating! Pom is a lovely, friendly lady who puts you completely at ease, and has magical hands! Some parts of my body were sore to the touch when I arrived, Pom worked her magic on these areas and I was able to really enjoy the massage. The massage beds are wide and heated so they're very comfortable, I felt like I was melting into it I was that comfortable and relaxed. The room is also really nice and relaxing. The Thai herb balls were wonderful, I can't wait to go back again. It was the best massage I've ever had.

Emma gave me an extremely pleasant prenatal massage that helped my whole body relax. The whole session was wonderfully relaxing and deeply releasing. The space itself is beautiful, and the amazing scents in the room gave everything an extra layer of calm. Emma is warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Super deep tissue massage-Stephen was friendly and I felt very well looked after. He listened to my concerns and paid attention to the shoulder and neck area that I’d been having some issues with. The only tiny thing I would improve is that it would have been great to be offered a glass of water after that treatment!
