Had two treatments today, reflexology and a black diamond facial. Both were carried out by Shabana, amazing does not come close to describing the treatments and experience. I’ve had black diamond facials before, not just a facial it is the most relaxing experience, this is definitely down to Shabana’s exceptional skills. Never had reflexology didn’t really know what to expect. Will definitely be having more. If you’re thinking of booking a treatment - don’t hesitate just book you will not be disappointed. You’ll come away feeling chilled and energised in equal measure.

I cannot praise nor thank Shabana enough for her extra special tlc today. What a kind and genuinely caring person - qualities so often lacking in humankind these days I sought her help by booking a head massage to help alleviate pain in my shoulders, neck and head. When I described my symptoms.to Shabana she suggested the hot stone and bamboo might be a better solution and she proceeded to give me a full hours treatment with the hot stones and bamboo. Shabana was excellent from the minute I arrived. Had a chat about how appointment would work and about hot stone massage. Felt at ease. Massage was amazing. Wasn't what I expected from hot stone massage. Was first time for this. Definitely won't be my last. Lovely calm setting and some mindfulness to begin with really set the tone for a relaxing visit. I had a wonderful reflexology session with Shabana at Abbey Mill. As someone with fibromyalgia, I’m often nervous about pressure, but Shabana was incredibly considerate and tuned in perfectly to my needs. Her touch was exactly right. I left the session feeling much lighter and more relaxed than I have in a long time. I can’t recommend her enough!

I had an absolutely wonderful massage and Indian head massage. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and relaxing. Shebana was lovely, professional and made me feel completely at ease.
