Liliya was fantastic. She took time to understand my pain points and work led on the spots that needed attention during my aromatherapy massage. The overall service including the girl in the front desk was outstanding. The sauna, steam and all general area was clean and well maintained. I was very impressed and be coming back!!! Keep up the great job!!!

Absolutely 10/10. All the staff were absolutely amazing and made it a relaxing stay from start to finish. Lydia was awesome and managed to remove some knots from my back that have been there for awhile. Alice also provided amazing service and gave me refreshments after the massage. Can't wait to go back.

An absolutely amazing experience! I experienced the a Gua sha massage done by Wendy and I can't stop raving about it! Her offering was a service that was equally technically incredible and passionate. Truly a beautiful space with an amazing and welcoming staff! They greeted me with a cup of warm tea and sent me out with a bowl of fresh fruit and a sweet treat! So much gratitude and appreciation for the time I spent at pemberley!

This was an exceptional spa experience! I am very grateful for the team of women who made my bachelorette party feel welcomed and relaxed. I had an amazing time at this spa. I have visited manly luxury spas in Toronto, and this is by far my favourite. Very clean, and such amazing staff. My massage therapist Wendy was so sweet and knowledgeable. I will return again soon.

The receptionist was lovely, always willing to lend a hand when we easily could have done things ourselves (like moving our things and throwing away our trash). She was very accommodating and very helpful with the booking. The treatment went pretty smoothly, the biggest turn-off was just how much our practioners were talking to each other throughout the experience with my friend and I. We both agreed that there was way too much chatter between the two which disrupted our experience. I also let them know I brought specific shampoo to use for my coloured hair, but they didn't end up using it.

This was such a delightful experience! I came today with my mom and sisters. The space was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend the team at Josen Head Spa. I look forward to returning with friends.
