This was my first time visiting Pemberley and the experience was amazing! Of course the ambience and aesthetics are on point but what I didn't expect was the above and beyond service - I've never felt so much like a VIP before and I truly appreciate how special the whole staff made me feel, I could definitely have spent hours there. Mia was very attentive to my comfort and asked all the right questions to give me the best service. My skin is still glowing from the facial and you can barely tell I even had my stubborn blackheads extracted. Thank you so much for the lovely day!

The attention to detail of my skin is great, love that they were able to pluck my eyebrows and made it look better:D Also love the architectural design of the place. Appreciate that the place is quiet, gives me my me time. Would definitely go back and try other services they offer

Such a luxurious and relaxing experience! Clean facilities, attentive staff, amazing estheticians. I did a facial and massage and both were spectacular - they did a skin test to assess what I needed and the full body massage removed all my knots. Will definitely be returning regularly!

Everything was fantastic including the steam room, sauna and showers in the change room. But now that minimum wage has increased in Ontario to over $16, I think all retailers/restaurants should stop asking for tips on top of HST. It feels a bit like a cash grab and ruins an otherwise perfect experience. In Vancouver restaurants set their suggested tip percentages on pretax values, which motivates me to voluntarily give a higher tip.

This is the most gorgeous spa in Toronto!! Such lovely staff and beautiful environment to relax. Julia gave a wonderful full body massage despite the short duration and was able to loosen the knots in my shoulders. Eva then gave me such a relaxing and detail-oriented facial. I loved how knowledgeable she was and she spent a lot of time to perfect my skin and even eyebrows. Finished off wish some tea and desserts - such an appreciated touch. Thank you and definitely will be back!
