I chose a Deluxe Mani, my 1st time. Plusses: Boa was central, easy to find & book. The salon was bright, airy, well decorated, very pink!, with matching staff uniforms. Charity was VERY quick so good if limited time. Mail shape & quality were good. I liked the air dryer to reduce smudging. Spaces to improve: Charity, in her haste, was heavy handed, twisting an already sore thumb which hurt. Gentler & slower would have been good. I felt rushed rather than relaxed. The polish range was limited - only 2 reds to choose between. A wider choice would have been welcome. I’d otherwise rate 5 stars.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, my gel manicure looks flawless, excellent quality and the nail technician really takes their time to perfect the shape and design. Portia did an amazing job on my intricate nail art and the whole experience was very relaxing. Love the clean and welcoming atmosphere, the pedicures here is top notch with a bonus great foot massage.

B461 Zanele Xakekile has a really wonderful way to let her clients feel free to just be while getting their nails done. Her artistry is very good and I loved the shape and overall quality of my finished nail look. Thank you, Tanya (the black polish colour lady who always chooses black).

My experience with Stefanie was phenomenal. She’s a rare gem. I had a manicure and pedicure done along with massages and by the time I left the spa all I wanted to do was take a nap. Thank you Spa at Banksia, I will definitely be back.

I love Boa Salon as I always leave fully satisfied with the treatment. My nail technician pays great attention to detail, ensuring the end result is a flawless gel application with the perfect shape. However, my only hesitation, is that the treatment takes very long. During my last visit, I had a soak-off on my feet and a re-application, along with a file and Go on my hands, and the treatment took 2 hours. Despite the lengthy time, the quality of the service and the meticulous work keep me coming back. Highly recommend if you have the time to spare.

I just had to write a review about my experience with Tammy at Origin Wellness Spa in Cape Town. I booked a facial, massage, and manicure package, and Tammy took care of everything. First off, her facial technique was incredible - my skin felt completely refreshed and glowing afterward. Then the massage... wow. She found every knot and tension spot I didn't even know I had and worked them out perfectly. The manicure topped everything off beautifully, and Tammy was lovely to chat with throughout the entire session.

Lindell is the best hair stylist ever and the hospitality I receive at the Paarden Eiland branch is 12 Apostles style wow amazing couldn’t of had a better experience thus far all the staff is so friendly I always feel at home and so comfortable make you feel at home.
