Overall good but it would be nice to wipe off the nails after soak off and file before gel is applied.

Gingerlily Spa is always fantastic. Great, personal service, with top quality treatments. My pedis always last for weeks (even with non-gelish polish), far, far longer than those I've had at chain salons, and even longer than one I had at a very expensive 5-star place. I won't go anywhere else!

The experience was swift and calming. I love the fact that you get you hands cleansed by mineral salts before the manicure and the massage you get after the manicure. Beautiful experience. Got my first acrylic set removed by Shamima and she was fantastic. Truely took so much care into my nails and made sure that they were removed safely. I've had rushed and painful soak off experiences by other nail techs causing me to have sensitive and even painful nails for a few weeks. She even re-painted one of my nails after I accidentally smudged it. Poise and Polish is my new 'go-to' spot and I'm so happy I found them. Excellent service and staff who are so welcoming and warm.

Absolutely amazing!! This is my second time visiting Poise & Polish and let me tell you - they won’t ever be able to get rid of me. Lindy goes above and beyond and the vibes are always great. Shelley exceeded my expectations with copying the nail art inspiration I gave her. And the polish application is impeccably neat. Also, love that the hard gel is not super thick on my nails. 10/10 would recommend.

Had an amazing experience with Amiena, she's very welcoming, punctual, professional and friendly, I cannot recommend her enough. Amiena kept constant communication with me about my appointment, cut my hair so nicely and did my manicure (impeccable job) may i add that she is so gentle with her touch and has attention to detail. Gabi goes above and beyond. She is meticulous and detail-oriented and offers great suggestions for colors, styles, etc. After having manicures from other technicians, I have found Gabi to be the best; I won’t risk another mediocre manicure and plan to stick with Gabi!

The manicure was a bit of a disappointment. The nail polish was smugde by the time I go to the car. Otherwise, back facial and pedi were great. Thank you.
