I had a lymphatic massage at Azraas Wellness today and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and so professional. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing yet effective — I could feel the difference in my body almost immediately. The therapist was  knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend Azraas Wellness if you’re looking for a quality, healing experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

I had such a wonderful experience at Nakha Thai Massage. Jenny’s Thai massage was absolutely amazing. She is professional, intuitive, and really knows how to work with the body in a way that feels both therapeutic and restorative. Honestly the best massage in Cape Town. I have been to numerous places and nothing compares to this. I had the 4 handed Swedish massage which was magnificent. I also had a head massage that just made me melt.

I had a headache from back and shoulder pain for 3 days. Kim fixed me within my 60 minutes sports massage. It wasn't a relaxing massage as I opted for a hard one to get out all my knots, yet I felt like a new person at the end. My second massage here and can highly recommend!
