It was a good first experience at Boa. I don't often get manicures and this was mine and my mom's first time having gel done. What could be a suggestion for improvement and possibly set Boa higher than the rest is a bit more warmth/inviting hospitality. I feel in most salons I have been to it is always assumed the client knows the procedure, instead of just proving to see if it is a client's first appointment ever or just with the salon itself. But otherwise it was a good experience of that I have experienced in a salon setting.

Daphiny did such a great job! I got soft gel tips with chrome powder, and it looks awesome! Whenever she does my nails I get SO many compliments. She's caring, meticulous and really cares about her work, which I always appreciate ❤️🥰💅

Made an impromptu appointment to get my manicure and pedicure done. This was my First time getting my nails done and I was assisted by Fuzzy M who was so great! She was so gentle and made me feel comfortable at some point I dozed off. She was Professional and really took good care of me! This all Women Team is doing amazing things in Wynberg. Definitely would say the Salon is also Queer Friendly. 🌈 Do check them out, I personally will be back!

my nail tech, Anesu, was amazing, i had booked for a manicure and added a pedicure whilst there. The pedicure stations were fully booked, since she didn't have a booking after my manicure she offered to do my pedicure by the manicure stations. i really appreciated that

Fuzzy does the best manicures in Cape Town. Her eye for detail is extremely impressive.

The best manicure I have ever been. Seriously, the gel looked perfect and not that thick layer, super professional, I recommend.
