Kirsten shape my nails perfectly and always attend to my design preferences even adding some personal touches.Her work is professional and last for 3 weeks without chipping or coming loose. The workspace station is always neat and hygienic upon arrival . She definitely creates a warm and friendly climate with every visit. I enjoyed the experience from beginning until end. The decor itself was cutesy and the space was airy and very clean. The ladies were so lovely & we enjoyably chatted the whole time. I wanted a simple french manicure and the lady who did my nails aced it. I was also able to also have an informative convo about how to reach my nail goals. The lash installation from Priviledge was also lovely & I'm so in love with the set. The atmosphere was so relaxed that I fell asleep a few times. Overall, 5 out of 5!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at this salon. The space was very clean and neat which immediately made me feel comfortable❤️. While having my hair done, I was treated to a relaxing head massage, which was such a nice touch. It was my first time visiting, and the service was friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated that the stylist kindly agreed when I asked to take a few photos, especially as it is my birthday today. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this salon.

Overall a wonderful experience. Probably one of the best manicures and pedicures I’ve received in a while. My only critique would be make customers feel more welcome by being organised and not letting them wait 10mins before the treatment starts. Communication goes a long way in the service industry. I was offered something to drink but I wasn’t told what was on offer. This should be a standard practice, telling customers what is on offer. Other than that amazing treatment and I’ll return.

My toes came out absolutely flawless — the shape, the finish, and the detail are perfect. She takes her time to make sure everything looks beautiful, and you can really see her passion in her work.
