My first time in Base & Boon and I liked it. So friendly staff and got my service by 2 amazing ladies Jen and Jennifer. I booked online for Boon Manicure & Pedicure (where both hands and feet are soaked, followed by a scrub, then nail shaping, cleaning and cuticle work). I was offered the idea of “BIAB Gel” as my nails were in a fragile stage and weak. The gel works as a strengthening barrier for natural nails. I will be visiting this place to maintain the gel and may do nail art 💅🏽 in the upcoming visit 👌🏼

I had a great experience at this salon! The team is very professional and genuinely works with honesty and care. Special thanks to Mayan! my French manicure turned out absolutely beautiful, and she was very fast without compromising on quality. It was an excellent experience at December Salon with the specialist Areej. She did my nails, and every time her work gets even better with perfect cleaning. Totally happy with the service received. Booked for only pedicure gel and then ended up requesting for manicure and threading. The Salon accommodate our additional service requests with no hesitation and rearranged their schedule for us. This is my second time in the Salon but first time for manicure & padi. As usual welcoming staff and good hospitality, and the staff did my nail so professional . The only thing I comment for me personally the manicure & padi is a relaxation time where I like quiet and praivte space which I can recommend for body focus to consider in the future, as I didn’t find it cool to be on same section where hair blow and treatment done .

Lovely place with friendly staff. However, the treatment was not as pleasant as I expected. The specialist doing my nails did not wear gloves the whole time, and the robe I was given was dirty and had noticeable stains. When the cream was applied at the end, there was no massage included, which was disappointing. Overall, it felt a bit expensive for a manicure and pedicure considering the quality of the service received.

A truly well rounded, amazing experience at Lou Beauty Lounge. From the environment to the service provided to the lovely staff, everything seamlessly integrated into a peaceful relaxing experience, I’m craving again!! The service was very meticulous and well done. I got the best manicure pedicure of my life!! The music was not too loud, the temperature was just right and everyone was accommodating, friendly and positive vibes all around!!!! The receptionist was a sweetheart!
