Good to support a small local business. I was listened to and my nails are great. I did not observe the technician remove tools from a sterile package for use in my manicure.

Krystal is the absolute best nail tech..she offers awesome ideas about nail colours which would suit me best, plus is a perfectionist at every step of the manicure. I'm super fussy, being a former beauty therapist, but Krystal delivers perfectly EVERY time..she is also super friendly, gentle and a pleasure to spend my manicure time with..love you Krystal..and really proud of you for working so hard on grasping the very difficult English language..you are doing so well! Awesome, I thoroughly enjoyed the whole treatment. Got my lashes, nail polish both manicure and pedicure done plus I got to sit in the massage chair and have a massage while waiting and that was a bonus. Thank you ladies have a very merry Christmas, she you all in the new year

My appointment was booked for my elderly mother, however we had to wait about 15 minutes before starting which made us late for our next appointment else where. :-( My mother was very impressed with the outcome of her manicure and is definitely coming back. :-)
