Quite possibly the best manicure I’ve ever had - and I’ve had a lot. Gemma is very attentive, always checks on shape and colour. Attention to detail is first class. I’m absolutely thrilled.

I don’t know how Gemma gets such a perfect shape and finish to my nails while we chat so much 😃 Gemma’s suggestion to add Shaper under my gel polish has made such a difference to the robustness and longevity of my manicures. Thanks Gem ❤️

Gem is always so lovely and so talented!! I get at least 4 weeks from my shellac manicure (which is amazing!) longer than any I have had before. She is also so knowledgeable around the products she uses and you can tell she is very passionate about her job. I would 100% recommend Polished By Gem! X

Always a pleasure to have my nails done by Abi., so relaxing, had a Super French manicure, looks very classy and lasts a long time. Even though Abi has only been in her new house for 3 weeks, she has already made it comfortable and stylish. Always aims to please.

The most beautiful environment and gorgeous relaxing treatments. It felt like I was catching up with a friend rather than being a first time client. The hand scrub & massage at the end of the biab manicure is a luxurious added bonus. Would absolutely recommend! ⭐️

First time going to Storm and it was so lovely in her home studio! Clean, bright and so cosy! She is such a nice person and so easy to talk to. As for my nails - I love them! The hand scrub and hand cream massage she offers at the end is an amazing way to finish off a manicure! My hands looked and smelt great! Left happy with a great set of nails and can't wait for my next appointment in a few weeks :)

What really stood out was how kind and attentive Storm was throughout the whole appointment. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and I left feeling so pampered.
