I have been a customer for just over a year now. I always recommend them because they care. Prime example: Today was my regular brow shape & tint appt. I inherited dads brows; almost white, coarse as horsehair & hard to dye in one try. I walk in and Charlotte is excited. She has been researching dye products for coarse brows specifically with me in mind and has bought a new dye for us to try. I've been getting my brows done for years and no salon has done this despite my loyal custom. For me it speaks volumes. It also worked great 1st time!! Customer 4 life here. Highly recommend.

Always amazing, travel from Portsmouth for my lashes with Emma!

My hair hasn't been happh for the last 6 years. I'm from Leicester, relocated to London & relocated again to Portsmouth all in 2 years. The water is very different in all the towns & along with stress, water changes, hormone changes & intollerances to two big food groups happening at the same time, my hair really has let me know it isn't happy. The ladies were really helpful, informative & explained things well. We now have a plan of action. They gave me comfort by advising me my roots & some of the length is healthier than I thought. This was my first time getting acrylics done by Kelly and I’m honestly so impressed. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, helped me choose the perfect shape and colour, and made sure every detail was flawless. Hristina was very welcoming at my initial consultation and quickly allayed any fears I had by answering all my questions patiently and talking me through the process from start to finish. The subsequent treatment (eyebrow microblading) whilst not exactly painless, was bearable and infinitely better once the numbing gel was applied! She took innumerable measurements, checking,double checking and then checking again just to get the shape exact. All in all I felt very confident with her expertise and her professionalism.

I've been seeing Abi for years and would never see anyone else. Her attention to detail is second to none as she aims for perfection in her work. She's also a lovely person who is very easy to chat to and who will make you feel comfortable even with the more intimate waxing. I have experience of her massage, manicure, pedicure, facial, dermaplaning, eyelash tint and lift, waxing (lip, underarm, eyebrow, full leg and bikini area) - 10/10 for every treatment.

Visited Beth in September with my daughter, as a Mother’s Day present. Beth did an amazing manicure with fabulous artwork of sunsets and palm trees on some of my nails. I finally got round to returning today to get it removed. Apart from my nails growing, the artwork was still perfect, no chips, even though I wasn’t that good with caring for my nails. I have had many treatments with Sanchia but this was my first pedicure. It was so relaxing and my nails look wonderful. I will be having more. Sanchia gave advice on how to continue looking after feet and nails. I may treat my hands for a manicure. I definitely recommend Sanchia for any treatments.
