Fern is incredible! From the moment I booked, she messaged me asking for inspiration photos so she could prepare in advance – that showed true professionalism. I sent my ideas and she carefully planned every detail. During the appointment, she was patient, attentive and made sure everything matched my vision. The result? I have been to crystal nails salon on numerous of times. Everytime is as amazing as the last. The cleanliness is impeccable, the quality of the nails are amazing, the customer service is fantastic and I would 1000% recommend crystal nails leeds everytime. I am a nail technician myself and this salon is the ONLY salon I will get my nails done at. Paulina and barbi are FANTASTIC nail technicians, I would say the very best that there is.

Julie has opened my eyes to what good nails are!!! I get the Russian ones, and they’re so thin and delicious I’m in love! And I also feel like my actual nails are still in such good shape! Lovely experience in a mostly calming surrounding. The manicure and pedicure look great. Skye was lovely. The only negative was the music. Sorry, but horrible nasty lyrics from the likes of Kanye and Diddy. I’m not easily offended, but I found it difficult to fully unwind with the noise and lewd language in my ear for 2 hours. I would suggest something a bit lighter for clients to enjoy while relaxing during the fabulous treatments.
