Highly recommend! My second visit to do my eyebrows and Charlotte did amazing job again. I was quite nervous the first time as another salon in Ilkley destroyed my eyebrows previously but Charlotte made sure I feel comfortable and listened to me.

Clare was as always a true professional. Clare explained the process at each stage even though i have had the permanent make up done previously. This was so reassuring and put me at ease. Clare made sure I was happy with the shape of my eyebrows and the colour for my lips before she started. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for this service. You know you are in safe hands. I booked in for permanent hair stroke brows with Clare and I absolutely love them! I was quite nervous but Clare is lovely and put me at ease straight away. Clare is so skilled and my brows look so natural - like my own brows but so much better. Fuller and a nicer shape I’m so pleased I decided to take the plunge after dithering for so long and wish I’d done it sooner! Clare is amazing 🤩 😊👌

Love visiting here for a pamper and especially so in the new Salon in Menston village. It looks amazing! From having my manicure and pedicure with Katie to having semi - permanent makeup with Claire. I have been coming here for a number of years and trust them with their knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend visiting the salon. What a wonder! Really! Alice really understands hair - and curly hair, which is pretty hard to understand from almost all hairdressers. She made the whole experience pleasurable and she completely understood the brief of sorting out my home-cut hair. I really suspect this is a complete gem hidden in Ilkley. I shouldn't praise so highly as now i'll never get a free booking, but she really is fabulous, and now, thanks to her...so is my hair!

First time visit for a hair trim and blow. Charlotte asked me my current thoughts on my hair, what I would like and then made suggestions. A good cut, minimum hair cutting but it put back some shape. I will be returning. Susan
