I’ve previously tried many nail salons and techs all around Birmingham... but none compare to Lindsay! She is definitely the friendliest and her attention to detail is second to none. I’ve asked for a few challenging designs and am quite particular, but Lindsay has delivered every single time. Cannot recommended enough!

Lydia is exceptional and has been my go-to nail technician since moving to Birmingham. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my nails or my daughter's. I highly recommend her.

I had to get my gel nails redone on short notice & my usual manicurist was not available. So I booked here instead & glad I did. My gel manicure was the best I have had, done with care to a high standard. This will now be my usual salon.

I went in extremely tense and full of knots, and the Swedish back and shoulder massage was exactly what I needed. The therapist is very skilled and did a great job, attentive and pleasant throughout the session. The room was lovely, and the heated massage bed was an absolute luxury to lie on. I felt thoroughly worked over, and afterwards my back and shoulders felt noticeably better and looser. I’ll definitely be going back.

Been to many salons over the years and can honestly say Melissa’s is ‘simply the best’. I look forward each week to a wonderful and relaxing massage as well as eyelash tints and manicures. Mel is friendly, understanding and sympathetic to us older clients. You get a cheerful welcome and you always receive an excellent and professional service.

Another great experience with Leila! She really listens to what you’d like when it comes to shape, length and style of nails. Offering helpful colour advice and delivering beautiful nails every time. Loving my chrome pink nails right now! 💖💅

Always such a treat! I love how my hands and feet feel after a manicure and pedicure and it’s so much fun choosing and playing with the wonderful selection of colours and finishes.

Today I treated myself to a manicure and body massage. It was amazing!! I felt totally chilled and relaxed after. I would highly recommend treating yourself to a treatment at west park beauty 😊

I had my nails done with Krishna, who is excellent. She did the exact design and colours I was after, she is great at doing a clean manicure and is very neat and precise.
