The pre-visit instructions and resources were so helpful that I was still able to find the location even when my data ran out mid-drive and I couldn’t use the map. Syd was so chill + kind + fun + easy to chat with and I want to move into the adorable studio space that you’re located in! Will be back and excited to try other services there :)

I can't say enough good things. I felt so welcomed and comfortable with Ally. Besides being an awesome human being, Ally gave me the best nails I've ever had! They're so smooth, even and healthy - and pretty! 🩷🎀 I had trouble finding the door at first and when I messaged Ally she came to the parking lot for me 🥰. Give yourself extra time your first appt so you can find the door and not be late!! Xox

I love my time with Bretton! My nails always look fantastic! She has some great ideas for nail art and is flexible to do some of the things I find in pictures. Not only does she do a fabulous manicure but she’s so personable! We always have great conversations.

I am so Happy that Perla has moved to a location I can access. Everything I could want in one location. Had a sugar facial and it was great to get rid of my facial hair. Been way to long. Massage, sugaring, even wanting a pedicure, manicure is available.

Bretton is the best. She’s fun, friendly and professional. Best manicure ever and fantastic nail art!

I stopped going for regular manicures/pedicures 3 years ago when forced to as a result of lockdowns. Then, before going on vacation last year, I decided to treat myself to a fancy, shmancy place. This year, I went to Urban Serenity Esthetics for the first time. Not only was it far more reasonably priced, my wonderful experience with Sheila has convinced me I need to 'treat' myself more often! I will be going back!
