Was able to take me in as a walk-in within 10 minutes. Manicure was amazing, and had a knowledgeable technician who was able to fix my broken nail(which was broke far into the mail bed).

I went to a nightmare place two weeks ago, and came to Lux to see Sarah for a Lux manicure. She was so gentle with me, very friendly, and even recommended a basic manicure despite what I originally booked to ensure I got the service I really needed whilst my nails recover from the visit to the other place. I’ll be making regular visits. Highly recommend.

It was my first time here. The space was bright, full of people but the service was exceptionally individual. I got to choose from a large array of scents for the bath bomb for my pedicure. Hannah was great at explaining and ensuring everything felt nice and comfortable. She was very friendly and supportive when I was trying to decide what to do with my nails and no idea was 'too much'. She was kind, patient and efficient as she worked on my bio gels, that I absolutely loved. The shop is clean, the staff are friendly and I would definitely go back again!!

Always the best in service at Lux! Thanks to Wendy for booking me in today and to Kevin for a wonderfully relaxing shellac manicure and pedicure!

Good experience. However today I felt somewhat rushed. A better job could have been done on my cuticles. I think the process needs to be modified a bit. I guess each nail tech has their own way of doing things. I felt like some steps were missed in both manicure and pedicure. But overall good experience.

I had a manicure and pedicure today at lux. I had only been once before but I will definitely be going back on a more regular basis. When I called in the afternoon Wendy was so accommodating and was able to not only get me in but my sister as well. And Kim was excellent as well. My feet felt great! Like I said I will definitely be back. Sandy
