10/10. Service was superb. Lauren always does a great job with the cut and colour. Never disappoint. Anyone looking for a hair salon in Cobourg, I highly recommend Mystic Roots Aveda Hair Salon.

Alayna was great. When I left I booked a future appointment and received a text saying I had to give a credit card on file to confirm my future appointments. Why? I have never missed an appointment and am not comfortable giving my card without a good reason.

I came in with my hair in terrible shape and honestly wasn’t expecting much—but Em completely turned things around! My hair hasn’t looked or felt this good in ages. I’m beyond thrilled—thank you so much!

She is wonderful. Always look great after Kasha cuts my hair. She takes the time and uses her skills to give me the cut and shape i like

Emma was lovely, she did an incredible job with styling my hair when I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted she helped with ideas. She also helped me with some makeup I had brought with me. The only feedback I have that's negative is she did scratch the inside of her nose and then touched my hair...I'm a bit of a germaphobe so that was unpleasent. But I would be back again due to the excellent customer service otherwise.
