Tiana provided exceptional service today for my BIAB manicure and gel pedicure. Miss Jay's is expensive compared to the cheap and cheerful places, but the service and outcome you get here is absolutely worth the money.

As a first time mum, leaving the house to get my nails done for the first time since I had my son, I was feeling very nervous. Running late, and with a fussy bub, Abbey did such a great job. She was incredibly kind, understanding & accommodating to what I needed & wanted. A special mention to Angelina, who helped settle my little bub & allowed me to feed him before we went our way home. All the ladies made me feel so welcome.

I have only been twice, but have been thrilled with my nails both times! The experience is very luxe and the quality of the nails is extremely high. I also love that Chelsea explained the products they used and the process involved, so I knew exactly what was going on. Super inclusive and welcoming space. Can't recommend highly enough!

It was my first time getting a manicure and BIAB design with Max, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The manicure was done with exceptional care—it’s the first time in ages I left without a single nick or injury to my cuticles. Max took the time to explain every step and offered thoughtful advice. The BIAB French manicure, tailored to my preferences, was applied with the same precision and attention to detail. A truly professional and pleasant experience!

Miss Jay’s Nails not only provides the best manicures I’ve ever had, it does so in a relaxed, inclusive environment. The staff are friendly and warm too. If you haven’t given them a go, I highly recommend!

When I started coming to Miss Jay’s about a year ago, my nails were damaged, brittle and not at all healthy. Nat and the team have looked after me since. Today, I got a fresh hard gel manicure and not only did Nat do an amazing job (as always!), but my natural nails underneath are stronger and longer than they’ve ever been, and we didn’t even need to do extensions on them. A big thank you to Nat and the team for always looking after me, making the Footscray and Thornbury spaces so welcoming and comfortable, for saving my nails, and for giving me the perfect nails every time!
