My most recent experience was good. But the previous set was not properly done. As a result, two nails broke. I explained but was charged for repairs. I'm not sure what was missing from them but they were very light and fragile. That's why I chose a different technician to see how they do them since Dineo is gone.

If you're reading this review go head and book already you wont regret it - promise! I had the absolute pleasure of getting my nails done by Shani and I can’t recommend her enough! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel right at home with her warm and friendly personality. Whether you're a plain Jane or more adventurous with your nails her talent for nail art is truly amazing. If you’re looking for someone who’s not only incredibly skilled but also makes the experience so enjoyable, she’s your go-to. I’ll definitely be back!

Writing this review two weeks after my appointment and my nails still look as good as new! The service was amazing and the nail tech was very meticulous and took really good care with doing my nails and that’s why they still look so fresh! Definitely coming back here ❤️❤️

I did my cat eye lash and gelish overlays It was my first tine visit and the lashes lasted more than 4 weeks and my nail tech shes the best and they are very proffessional

Always such a nice experience! I would gladly recommend to anyone - personal attention, no double bookings, so no waiting around, in and out and always happy with the results. Microneedling is a must at Metanoia!! I have a standard booking every 4 weeks, they have nice specials and appointment arranging so easy over Whatsapp! Really just a good place for busy ladies to unwind and get your stuff done and dusted for the month!

Went for a bikini wax. Lady was full of fun and made a embarrassing situation quite pleasant. Good wax results. Please is spotless. Well priced.
