⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had my nails done today with Narelle, and I’m so happy with the result! She carefully removed my old acrylics (which were from a Chinese salon, so it took some time) and was very patient and precise throughout the process. Her workstation was lovely and clean, and all the utensils were properly sterilised. Narelle also gave me great advice on products and colours. She’s very professional, and I absolutely love how my nails turned out. Thank you so much, Narelle! 😊💅

I was running late for my appointment due to a family emergency and had to call to say i would be 10 minutes late. The reception was polite and reassuring and checked to see if Charlotte was still able to see me, or did i need to rearrange. The response was quick, i attended my appointment and apologised profusely on arrival. Charlotte reassured me it was no trouble and the appointment went ahead in a friendly but proffesional manner, as always.
