I came for an initial consultation with Jennifer regarding my lips and the filler that was currently in there, she went through with what i wanted ,what I expected and the steps she would do to achieve what i wanted. I have had my lips dissolved and have had my lips filled yesterday. She is so comforting and takes her time and talks you through everything that she is doing. Its such a lovely place and everyone is so welcoming and friendly:)

Only went for a consultation but the staff were so knowledgeable, really seemed to know what they were talking about and kept it realistic, no false promises. Happy to offer help and advice, answer questions and recommend solutions. Definitely make you feel at ease, answer questions and as they state they are always happy for questions throughout, you feel supported. Amazing experience.

Wow new treatments on the tv in reception people.!!! Greeted by lovely Sam on reception today. Always treated with a warm welcome regardless of who I'm having treatment with. In with the lady herself beautiful Jeni, she's such a beautiful soul as are all the roses. Topped my Antiwrinkle treatment up done and on my way in no time.

Lovely Sam on reception today, warm and welcoming. Treatment with Chelle dermaplaning and microneedling and LVL lash lift too. Love these treatments nice and relaxed. Lovely chit chat with Chelle throughout. Highly recommend both treatments!

Welcomed by Kate in reception alway pleasant and friendly. Brow top up day by the lovely Charlotte. Nice and relaxed during treatment. Instructions on after care and informed I'd need a 12 mth top up. All in all 5 star treatment always

Today was a first for me at Dona’s and i was very pleased with the service. I received a haircut, beard trim and head massage. The experience was fantastic and i would thoroughly recommend her to everybody. Great value. This will be my ‘go to’ place for a haircut in the future. Thank you.

Casey is absolutely brilliant.. always professional and gives you confidence in her abilities. She's a very kind caring person who puts you at ease and helps you decide what you want. She's got the ability to make you feel totally comfortable and her manicures pedicures are wonderful 💖
