Carra was fantastic as she always is, in a calm and reassuring space. Carra is always gentle and a perfectionist with the tints to ensure high standard. With the waxing, she always checks and repeats areas to be thorough. Thank you x

I booked the auntie & me pedicure, customer service was good however just a few points to mention. There was no rose petal foot soak, just plain luke warm water and no moisturiser after. Also we had the treatment done separately & not at the same time. That said my niece loved it & wants to go again for a manicure next time.

My daughter and I went to gi gi vi beauty as an early birthday present for my daughter, what an experience it was! We had the best time and was treated like royalty specially my daughter who was treated like a queen! Everyone went above and beyond for us, we had a pedicure which was amazing and a facial at the same time next to each other, as a mum it was such an emotional moment watching my daughter experience her first facial, we really did have such an amazing time. Highly recommend gigivi beauty to anyone. Thank you all so much ❤️
