I booked the auntie & me pedicure, customer service was good however just a few points to mention. There was no rose petal foot soak, just plain luke warm water and no moisturiser after. Also we had the treatment done separately & not at the same time. That said my niece loved it & wants to go again for a manicure next time.

Anna is a wonderful hairdresser and colourist. I live in London and I now book my hair cuts and highlights in with her when I am in Plymouth. She cut my nine year old’s hair today and she was so kind and takes such care in her work - my daughter loves the cut!!

First time at Vaughans Hair and Beauty and I can honestly say what a treat. My beard had gone full wildebeest but Anna worked her magic and transformed me into something resembling a well groomed supermodel. Or at least someone who no longer frightens children! The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and one of the calmest trims I’ve had in ages. The salon has such a peaceful vibe and the view of Plymouth Sound and Drakes Island was genuinely stunning. Huge thanks to Anna for the care the chat and the craft. I’ll definitely be back.

Another first class visit to Vaughans today. Rob coloured my hair and Vaughan cut it. I’m so lucky to have two such dedicated professionals working on my hair. Both miracle workers in my opinion. My hair has never looked so good. Thank you fellas. It’s such a pleasure to visit and be treated so well. Refreshments too!! I would recommend you to anyone. See you in August.

Absolutely wonderful we booked the Japanese head spa for 2 and I can honestly say it was the most relaxing experience I've ever had. The staff are lovely and the salon is beautiful, we will definitely visit again. The only negative was that it was incredibly difficult to contact the salon leading up to the appointment

Sophie made Polly and myself feel so welcome, Polly loved the whole experience and our nails look amazing, highly recommend for SEN children. Looking forward to booking in again 💖
