HOC is the best! I hold Sara their Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner in the highest regard and I wouldn't trust anyone else- I've had a few treatments now to level up & support my NHS opthamalogy eye treatment & Sara always makes me feel comfortable ,she is knowledgeable & proffessional always administers the right amount of botox to suit my needs. The salon is super friendly and the customer here is second to none. All in all five star 🌟!!

I had such a lovely experience with Ruby and couldn’t recommend her enough. From the second I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She’s such a kind and caring person and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does and wants her clients to feel looked after. Before starting my facial, Ruby took the time to talk to me and ask me about my skin and what areas I was most concerned about, which I really appreciated because it made the whole treatment feel so personal and tailored to me. She also did a brilliant job of waxing and tinting my eye brows ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ella was absolutely brilliant! I had a full body massage as well as an eyebrow wax and tint, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The massage was incredibly relaxing and professional — she really listened to what I needed and made me feel completely at ease. My eyebrows look perfect too, shaped and tinted exactly how I wanted. Ella is warm, skilled, and clearly takes pride in her work. I'll definitely be booking with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-quality treatments! X

Been Coming to Claire's for a few months for massages with my husband and I can't recommend the girls enough. The service is incredible and I always leave feeling refreshed. They taylor all my treatments to my needs which I think is fantastic! The ladies are super friendly , have a giggle with you but still remain professional at all times. We now book in every 3 weeks as we enjoy are treatments so much.

I am always happy with my treatments with Macy. Had anew treatment today recommended from Macy, Eyenbrow treatment very happy.

First visit, Lauren was lovely and I am pleased with my manicure! Lovely calm/tranquil place to visit!
