Staff is always welcoming and creates a very calm environment. Natalie has done a fantastic job on my first time pedicure and subsequent manicure. As someone who suffers anxiety, I was very relaxed and comfortable at Abalone Retreat and look forward to exploring some of the other many services they provide. I see many more visits in my future.

Was okay! Lovely cut. However, waited 30 mins and then new stylist didn’t introduce herself or even ask my name. Guess it is the business owner in me that expects a high level, and I always get it at the Loft Spa!

Meredith did my manicure and pedicure and was fantastic! She was very friendly, and helpful in choosing colours with me. She did a great job problem solving when one of my nails was giving her a hard time. I will definitely go back to see her!

Abalone Retreat was a great way to celebrate my 50th! It felt more like being among friends than simply going to a spa. This was truly one of the best birthdays and I would highly recommend that you treat yourself or a loved one to a full spa day. I feel like a brand new woman! Completely rejuvenated and ready for my next 50 years. Abalone Retreat has a great vibe as soon as you walk in. It's warm and inviting. You don't get that typical clinic feeling like other places. The theme, decor, mood and staff create a calming, soothing and inviting atmosphere. Highly, highly recommend!
