I had such a lovely time getting my nails done. The place was elegant and very comfortable. I was offered hot tea and water multiple times. Tamires did my manicure and pedicure and she was absolutely lovely. So sweet and a job well done.

My mom had such a great experience getting a Gel X manicure and pedicure! She said the whole visit was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Her nails turned out beautifully, and the pedicure was so soothing — just what she needed. The atmosphere was calm, the staff was lovely, and she felt really well taken care of. She’ll definitely be going back again soon!

Such a beautiful welcoming place. I am relaxed and I enjoy all my treatments. Katie is the wonderful owner and you can tell she takes great pride in her business. Emma is one of her professional workers. She is a wonderful young lady who has definitely picked the right profession to be in. She is truly amazing at her job and is so sweet and pleasant. I highly recommend this beautiful place.

Highly recommend getting your waxing done with Kacey! The experience was quick, comfortable, and noticeably less painful compared to my past waxes. Definitely one of the best waxing experiences I’ve had.

Sierra is a brow queen! Always leave feeling happy with her services ! The Refinery is a sanctuary in downtown Kingston.

Every time I go to the refinery it immediately reduces any stress levels walking into the clam and welcoming oasis overlooking market square in downtown Kingston. Can’t top the experience they provide!

Such a wonderful and relaxing experience at The Refinery! I had a shellac manicure and pedicure with Tamires, and she gave me the most beautiful results. As someone who is highly indecisive when it comes to my nails, she patiently helped guide me to the perfect colour and nail shape. Tamires is also incredibly kind, and a treat to chat with! I’m looking forward to my future appointments with her!

I’ve been going to Katie for years. Every single visit she always is kind and friendly. Her work is a work of art and I wouldn’t recommend anyone higher for ALL services 👏🏼 all of her staff are also professional and talented! My go to spot ☺️
