I had a positive experience overall. The aesthetician was very kind and made me feel comfortable right away. I booked the hour FLO Signature Facial, and my skin felt hydrated afterward, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. That said, my appointment started at 4:45 and ended around 5:20, so it felt noticeably shorter than the full hour advertised. While the treatment itself was enjoyable, I did feel like I didn’t quite get my money’s worth due to the shortened time.

She was incredibly professional, kind, and patient—exactly what I needed as someone new to it all. Nataliia always does a great job. She is polite and courteous and willing to accommodate all your needs. My nails always look amazing and they last up to 4 weeks and no chipping. My feet are so smooth and soft after a pedicure. She is so meticulous with her manicures and pedicures. I highly recommend you visit Nataliia for the best experience.
