I was taken well care of by Katy and Ella. They were so kind and accommodating. I felt like family to them. I came in trying to bleach my own hair and I walked in with a disaster on my head, they assessed the damage and went above and beyond in making me feel that I made the right decision. I am ecstatic with my hair and I hope Katy takes me up on that offer to come eat some authentic Persian food in her home :)

I had a wonderful full head of highlights and haircut yesterday. I was extremely well taken care of, and the style and color look exactly what I was hoping for. I made a follow-up appointment because I'm so happy with how it came out. Fairly priced too, and the ambience is relaxing.

Fantastic experience with Katy at Loop hair and beauty. She did my hair colour and foils beautifully. Very experienced and talented. A lovely lady. Thank you so much - I love my hair! I had a hair cut with Larissa and I absolutely loved it! She totally understood the assessment and gave some great advice based on my busy lifestyle in terms of what would be practical when styling my hair. My first appointment and Lucy did a great job of my colour, finally getting my hair back to the blonde I’ve been trying to achieve for the past few years. The oribe products are amazing and my hair feels much healthier after three washes.
