Loop Beauty offers a broader mix than a hair salon alone, pairing attentive hair services with carefully finished nail and brow treatments. Clients appreciate the stylists’ thoughtful consultations and the nail technicians’ precise work, whether choosing a haircut and blow-dry or a BIAB manicure, with friendly, thorough care that leaves them feeling confident and pleased with the results.

I specifically booked my appointment with Sandy but wasn’t informed that she was unavailable. The manicure felt rushed, and the BIAB wasn’t filed down as it usually is, leaving the nails looking quite bulky. I’m also concerned about whether the instruments were properly sanitised, as I’ve since developed a nail bed infection. Emily was lovely, and I’m a regular customer at Loop, so I’m hoping this was just a one-off experience. However, I did want to share my concerns, as this appointment fell short of the standard I’ve come to expect.
