My daughter and I had our first hair and facial treatments in Cape Town as foreigners and were warmly welcomed by the reception staff. The consultants were friendly, professional, and highly skilled. We highly recommend Be-Dazzle for their excellent service and knowledgeable team.

The service was really good which made up for the wait to be acknowledged. It was almost 10min before Trisha came to the seating area, saying she didn’t know we had arrived. Knowing you have bookings I would think that the staff are waiting at the entrance to meet the clients? Also, please may I suggest having instrumental music playing. The music not only was it inappropriate but also vulgar. Made the experience unpleasant from a setting perspective.

I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

For a first-timer I can honestly say it was an amasing experience! Ladies I know it can be a little nerve-wrecking, but I promise you it is só worth it. Do yourself a favour and make a booking. Just do it, you won’t regret it - Gaby is just absolutely wonderful! She is very professional and also very kind. She made the experience so much more comfortable knowing it was my first time. My lip blush experience with Angel was amazing. I wanted to redefine my lips with having fever blister scaring and I could not be happier with her work. We spoke about colours being natural, Angel then mapped out my lips and after a little tweak, I was so happy with the shape (not surprising since she is a pro make up artist!). Angie did an amazing job. She really listened to what I was looking for, she made extra sure I was happy with the shape, she kept checking that I wasn't feeling any pain and made me feel super safe in her hands. I love my blush! Can't believe I waited so long to get it.

This is my third visit, getting my nails done by Kim, and I couldn’t be happier with her work—my nails always look flawless! This time I got a polygel fill with gel, and it looks stunning! There was a bit of confusion when I got a call about my appointment booking, where it seemed like the timing would be an issue, but it wasn’t a problem at all. I ended up arriving on time, and Kim handled everything smoothly, as always. She’s really dedicated and professional, which is why I keep coming back.
