The service was really good which made up for the wait to be acknowledged. It was almost 10min before Trisha came to the seating area, saying she didn’t know we had arrived. Knowing you have bookings I would think that the staff are waiting at the entrance to meet the clients? Also, please may I suggest having instrumental music playing. The music not only was it inappropriate but also vulgar. Made the experience unpleasant from a setting perspective.

For a first-timer I can honestly say it was an amasing experience! Ladies I know it can be a little nerve-wrecking, but I promise you it is só worth it. Do yourself a favour and make a booking. This is my third visit, getting my nails done by Kim, and I couldn’t be happier with her work—my nails always look flawless! This time I got a polygel fill with gel, and it looks stunning! There was a bit of confusion when I got a call about my appointment booking, where it seemed like the timing would be an issue, but it wasn’t a problem at all. I ended up arriving on time, and Kim handled everything smoothly, as always. She’s really dedicated and professional, which is why I keep coming back.

Had an amazing experience with Ameerah as usual. My hair and makeup was executed perfectly. My makeup lasted over ten hours through humidity and sweat. Would highly recommend her. I will be back again.
