Very relaxing scalp treatment, lovely heated blanket to keep me warm and didn't want to get up when it had finished. If you don't like oil on your face and in your hair then you may not like it although I think they can adapt the treatment. I had it all and it left my dry arms nice and moisturised.

I have been going to Jemma for a few months now, and I would definitely recommend her for any beauty treatments. She is incredibly professional, pays close attention to detail and most importantly makes me feel comfortable. I've had so many compliments on my eyebrows since Jemma started doing them. You can tell just how much she cares about her job!

The best salon in Rochdale, the girls are amazing. I’ve been going to Luanne for over 4 years. They all go above and beyond, have the patience of saints and always make sure your coffee is topped up 😉. Wouldn’t go anywhere else 💜

Excellent service , Jemma always does an immaculate job. Jemma is very creative with nail art and can mix a colour for nail art to get it as close if not better than the inspiration that was brought to her.

Laura is a great massage therapist and very considerate of your condition (I have arthritis). She always goes through details to make sure there are no changes before starting the treatment. The treatment is very relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommend Laura.

I had my eyebrows done a year ago as they had gone patchy, due to the menopause, I opted for a smoky look, which turned out to be great for me, I've just had a touch up and yet again, I'm more than happy with the service I received and the friendly atmosphere, which I found very relaxing.

Thank you Estelle for doing my daughter’s Prom makeup today. It was absolutely sensational and cannot recommend you enough.

Chloe did a lovely job on my nails. I've booked in again with her in 4 weeks. Give her a try she's a lovely lady and she does a brilliant job!

Had been considering lip blush for months. Wish I'd had it done sooner and know it will always be on my must have list. Was it painful - not too bad. Obviously you can feel it but as soon as you think it might start to hurt Luanne moves on to a different area. I had a consultation beforehand and tried many colours. Luanne makes you feel relaxed and constantly checked on my pain levels. I've always had a fantastic experience at Bloom. The girls are amazing and make you feel like a real friend rather than just another client.
