Ruma (as always) was brilliant!! She first gave me a coconut and tea tree oil scalp massage which included my neck and shoulders- I'm medically very unwell at present and under alot of emotional stress, so this treatment was badly needed. Wow!! ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! Without a doubt the best massage I've ever received. Please treat yourself to one of these- you won't regret it. Then we followed up with the usual wash and blow dry. My hair is very long and it looked and felt magnificent. This is a weekly "must have" for me. My hair and my mind are always grateful for it. Thankyou Ruma! Really!

Lovely and kind hairdresser. Only feedback I'd give is to please make sure the a/c is cold as it gets very hot and stuffy in that room especially with all the chemicals of a keratin. Also, please provide us magazines, it's a long time to be sitting in the chair so a few magazines would've been appreciated. Thank you

Shri was wonderful !! It's always a little daunting to have threading or waxing done, but Shri was professional, efficient and lightning fast. It was over as soon as possible and as painlessly as possible. The tinting of my eyebrows was perfect - just a natural brown and a more natural effect than the glam look that is popular. It was perfect for this Grandma and I totally appreciated it. Shri was only too happy to do exactly what I required. I didn't feel like I was a little old or out of fashion - it was all about what I wanted. Thank you Shri.

Great service, excellent customer service. I travelled from my hometown in Charleville, Outback QLD on my way to Bribie Island. Had to make a pit stop in Toowoomba so I could get my hair done here. I used to attend here regularly when I was a local so keen to return to the best Hairdressers in Toowoomba. As usual I was very pleased with my colour touch up and style cut.

Mish also did mine and my bridesmaids make up for my wedding on 10/10/25, my bridesmaids felt pampered and beautiful.
