The salon was lovely and clean, with a beautiful setup. I especially loved all the plants! The hairdresser did an amazing job. She really listened to what I wanted and took the time to answer some of my hair care questions too. Super easy to talk to, which made for such a nice, relaxing experience. I also had my eyebrows waxed, and even that was great – the wax she used felt much gentler than others I've tried. I’ll definitely be returning!

I love how warm and welcoming they were. I struggle with walking unto new situations. I get serious anxiety but Bec was awesome. I didn't feel stupid at all. I have a series of appointments to use the Emsella chair. It is only my first so I can't speak for the effectiveness of it yet. Time will tell. Will update later as I make progress.

Amazing amazing amazing! The best eye lash technician in Toowoomba. High quality work and great customer service. I have been coming here for over 5 months now and won’t go anywhere else. My retention is great the eye lashes are A grade and people always compliment me.
