The service was exceptional, On entering the salon, I was greeted and seated. My wait time was a matter of moments and taken through for my service. The room was clean and warm, and the blankets and bed were made comfortable. My facial was excellent and done very professionally. At no time did i feel uncomfortable. I was very pleased with the whole procedure and i will recommend to others and will be back. Thank you.

I've been attending your salon for 4months. I've received very inconsistent post treatment instructions from your staff. It's confusing as to whether i'm getting results. I can barely see any change. No-one has ever offered to followup/progress photo's. I had initial photos taken. Your staff all tell me different information regarding my journey and which treatments i should be having. Your salon is lovely. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. but there is definitely room for improvement. I'm paying a lot for your services.
