She is quick, always in a great mood, and very professional. If you are a man in need of waxing and laser hair removal, I recommend Charlene and her spa with the highest marks of praise! I decided to treat myself to a massage and facial while I had a layover in Miami and I'm so grateful that I chose Dermal Era Holistic Med Spa :-) Jessie was amazing! Very passionate about what she does and it shines through in her in-depth knowledge of holistic health and her attention to every detail. The spa itself is very clean and lovely. So amazing. I love that Jessie focused on my main concern but she also provided other techniques like reflexology and lymphatic massage along with the deep tissue I needed for my specific concern.
