I had radio frequency tightening which had far surpassed a clinic in London I had previously attended. While I was getting treatment had brows and lashes done and they were perfect. Environment is clean, calming and pleasant.

I booked for a relaxation massage and was left very relaxed by the end of it. Easily one of the best massages I received. Very thorough in identifying knots and identified how I was getting headaches. Really helpful and highly recommend!

90 minute deep tissue treatment was amazing! I was clearly very tense and years overdue for a massage and this treatment is so good for relieving muscle tension. I really like the combination of deep tissue, acupressure and yoga stretching of limbs. Seems to be far more effective than traditional Swedish or sports massage. Pueng is professional and friendly and offers a really good treatment in a calm and relaxing environment. The treatment room has a great relaxing ambience to go with the great treatment received. Will definitely be back.

Absolute heavenly lymphatic drainage massage!

Such a relaxing experience every time, I often fall asleep during treatments! The service is always professional and the atmosphere is very peaceful. I’ve been going for a few months now and have had waxing, brow shape & tint, lash lift & tint, facials and pressotherapy lymphatic drainage, all done to a really high standard. I always leave feeling refreshed and well looked after. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing treatment at Fresha Glam and Glo yesterday. I wasn't sure what to expect, as I've not had massages before , but Paola soon put me at ease, asking questions and getting a general idea of my needs. Aside from my treatment (pressotherapy lymphatic drainage ), she was super knowledgeable about all other “Beaty and health” matters and managed to advise on a number of things. This was my 2nd visit to relax beauty, both times I had the hot stone massage today being the full body massage. Manny is fantastic at what she does, always makesure you're comfortable, her technique is so relaxing, I could've fallen asleep. A massage is something I will definitely have regularly and will be trying out her other treatments aswell. Thank for a calm, relaxing exerperience. If you're thinking of booking do it you absolutely won't regret it.
